Rachel Higgs

Rachel Higgs, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations and business transformation. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Operations at Surmodics, Inc. since November 2020, Rachel has previously held various leadership roles at RespirTech, including Senior Manager of Business Transformation & Process Improvement. Rachel's earlier career includes positions at Macalester College as a Health Promotion Programmer and at Day One as an Education & Policy Programmer. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Community & Global Health, Anthropology, and Psychology from Macalester College, complemented by studies at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
