Andrea Buffett has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Andrea is currently working as a Customer Experience Manager at Surprise.com since January 2022. Previously, they worked at Another Broken Egg Cafe, where they held the positions of Assistant General Manager and Hostess Server from February 2019 to June 2021. In these roles, Andrea focused on strengthening brand awareness, mentoring a team, and improving customer experience practices. Prior to that, they were a UX Apprentice at General Assembly from November 2020 to January 2021, where they applied user research tools and designed wireframes for a mobile app. Andrea also has experience as an Assistant Manager at New York & Company and as a Marketing Administrative Assistant at Kid City USA-Oviedo. Andrea served as a District Visual Manager at A'GACI LLC from July 2015 to October 2016, surpassing expected growth within the first year. Andrea also worked as a Junior Architect at Marrero Arquitecto, where they designed and provided solutions for projects, and as a Designer at Office Super Store 2026 C.A., where they created solutions for customers based on their needs. Andrea started their career as a Construction Intern at Consorcio D.C. C.A. in April 2011. Throughout their various roles, Andrea has demonstrated skills in customer experience management, brand awareness, user research, and design.

Andrea Buffett's education history begins in 2009 when they attended Universidad José Antonio Páez and pursued a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree, specializing in Architecture. Andrea completed their studies in 2013. In 2015, Andrea attended Par De Tres Formación, where they obtained a certification as a Visual Merchandiser, focusing on Visual Merchandising.

In more recent years, Andrea enrolled in General Assembly in 2020 and completed a course in User Experience, specializing in User Experience (UX). Andrea also obtained a certification in User Experience Design from General Assembly in January 2021. Furthermore, Andrea has acquired additional certifications and skills from various institutions. Andrea completed the UX Foundations: Research course offered by LinkedIn in September 2021 and the Agile Foundations course, also from LinkedIn, in August 2021. In 2018, Andrea obtained a certification in Digital Skills: Digital Marketing by Accenture through FutureLearn. Additionally, they obtained a Google Analytics certification from Google in May 2018.
