Louise Hayes

Louise Hayes is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in the disability support sector. Currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager at Surrey Choices since August 2020, Louise previously held the role of Operations Manager for Disability Support at Alina Homecare, where operational leadership facilitated the growth of three CQC "Good" rated branches across Hertfordshire, Kent, and Surrey. Louise also worked as the Director of Operations at One Trust, leading the establishment and success of a charity focused on services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Earlier experience includes a role as Deputy Day Services Manager at Wandsworth Borough Council, where transformation of adult disability day services was prioritized, and as Team Leader at the Roehampton Hostel, managing resources for adults with learning disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Louise holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Surrey, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Kingston University, and has completed PRINCE2 Project Management training.
