Kate Field is a seasoned professional in occupational health, safety, and well-being, currently serving as the Non Executive Director for Wellbeing and Safety at Surrey FA since March 2024, while also holding the position of Global Head of Human and Social Sustainability at BSI since October 2017. Kate's extensive experience includes leadership roles at IOSH as Head of Information and Intelligence, and as Occupational Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager at easyJet, where Kate championed health and safety culture and developed well-being programs.
