Anupam Thakur

Anupam Thakur is a distinguished psychiatrist with extensive experience in the field of mental health. Currently serving as a psychiatrist at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and as psychiatrist-in-chief at Surrey Place since July 2014, Anupam also holds the position of assistant professor of psychiatry at the University of Toronto. Prior to these roles, Anupam worked as a consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist with the NHS from November 2005 to May 2014. Anupam's educational background includes a Master of Science in Medical Education from Durham University, a Doctor of Medicine from the Central Institute of Psychiatry, and an MBBS from SCB Medical College.
