Annie Ohana is a seasoned professional in equity and social justice, currently serving as the Founder of Ohana Collabs, a personal consultation firm focused on anti-oppression organizational work, curriculum development, and policy creation since July 2025. With extensive experience in education, Annie has been the Equity and Indigenous Department Head at Surrey Schools since September 2014 and has taught at LA Matheson Secondary since January 2011, where the Mustang Justice social justice program, initiated in 2013, is now core programming. Additionally, Annie holds the position of President at SHER Vancouver since May 2025 and has contributed as a grant writer and reviewer for Mustang Justice since its inception. Educationally, Annie possesses a Master's degree in Equity Studies, two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Criminology, and a Bachelor of Education from Simon Fraser University.
