Sara Raouf

Sara Raouf is an experienced educator currently serving as an Inclusion Support Teacher with Surrey Schools since August 2023. Previously, from September 2017 to June 2023, Sara held the roles of Classroom Teacher for Grade 4 and Inclusion Support Teacher, collaborating with various stakeholders to support students with exceptional needs and writing Individual Education Plans. Since May 2014, Sara has been a Continuing Education Online Instructor at Queen's University, focusing on supporting the learning of teachers in ESL and Special Needs courses. Prior teaching experience includes a lengthy tenure at Richmond School District as a Learning Resource Specialist Teacher and ELL teacher from January 2008 to June 2017. Early career experience includes working as a Flight Attendant at Harmony Air. Sara holds a Masters of Education (Educational Practice) and multiple teaching degrees from Simon Fraser University and the University of Toronto, as well as international educational experience in Japanese language and culture.
