Travis L. Reeves

Travis L. Reeves has extensive experience in the education sector. Travis L. served as the Superintendent for Surry County Schools, starting in 2013. Prior to that, they were the Superintendent for Ashe County Schools from 2009 to 2012. Travis also held the position of Principal in various school districts. Travis L. served as a Principal for Guilford County Schools from 2007 to 2009, Montgomery County Schools, NC from 2006 to 2007, and Mount Airy City Schools, NC from 2002 to 2006.

Travis L. Reeves has a strong educational background in the field of Education and School Administration. Travis L. first attended Radford University from 1991 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in History/Social Science. Continuing their education, they then pursued a Master of School Administration (M.S.A.) degree at Gardner-Webb University, which they completed from 1999 to 2002. Travis went on to further advance their knowledge by attending the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where they obtained an Education Specialist (Ed.S) degree from 2002 to 2004.
