Charlie Kuffner

Passionate about "Sustainability Matters", Charlie was instrumental in developing the first LEED Gold project in California in 2001.

Starting in the Construction business in 1978 first as a carpenter, then surveyor, then project engineer, Charlie has developed projects and project teams directly completing over $20 Billion in complex commercial development and construction projects. Holding increasing leadership positions of Operations Manager, Division Manager, Region Manager, and President, Charlie uses this extensive experience to address project challenges head-on and creatively. He is proactively involved with project management tools and systems that are integral to the planning and management of each project. In the development, design, and construction industry that starts with a concept, Charlie, a licensed Professional Civil Engineer and licensed Contractor in the State of California, brings the project management tools and team building experience to deliver best-in-market project management services, at the right value.
