David Hoffman is currently the VP & Utility Engineering Operations Manager at Surveying and Mapping. Prior to this, they were a Senior Principal Engineer at Geosyntec Consultants from September 2019 to May 2020. David was also the Vice President at Wood from January 2015 to June 2019 where they were responsible for the development and management of the Houston and Corpus Christi office operations. David has also been with ARCADIS U.S. as Vice President from November 2009 to January 2015 where they managed the Upstream environmental and Pipeline water crossing portfolios and was also the engineering group lead. Before ARCADIS, David worked at AMEC Environment & Infrastructure UK Limited as a Senior Manager from March 2003-November 2009 where they were the Assistant Program Manager for the Fort Dix Architectural and Engineering Services Portfolio, Air National Guard responsible for Envronmental Restoration Program Portfolio, and Project Manager for multiple Air Force boiler house and fuel system demolition projects. Additionally, they were the Design Manager for ExxonMobil account and managed the engineering group.
David Hoffman received a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same school.
