Sharon Miller is a design leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on craft to create impactful user experiences. As Growth and Personalization Design Manager at SurveyMonkey, she leads a team focused on harmonizing business objectives with user needs through thoughtful design solutions.

Prior to her current role, Sharon founded a successful UX consultancy helping small businesses improve digital engagement and retention through user-centered design. Her unique perspective comes from bridging multiple disciplines – from running her own design business to directing UX for cloud platform development at Effectual, an AWS Premier Partner. With over two decades of experience in digital product design, she's passionate about building intuitive tools that deliver measurable business outcomes while maintaining design excellence.
