Andi Kurnia

Andi Kurnia has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Business Development fields. In 2019, they were the Head of Human Resources at SurveySensum, an AI-enabled experience management platform. In 2018, they were the HR Recruitment & GA Manager at NeuroSensum, an international market research company with a focus on neuroscience and artificial intelligence application. In 2015, Andi was a Recruitment Consultant at TRILINK Indonesia. Finally, in 2013, they were a Senior Business Development Executive at PetroSync Global Pte Ltd.

Andi Kurnia holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature/Letters from Universitas Padjadjaran and a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Indonesia. In addition, Andi obtained the "Strategies for External Recruiters" certification from LinkedIn in June 2018.
