Arya Asokan has three years of work experience. From 2021 to present, they have been working as a Human Resources Business Partner at SurveySparrow, where they are responsible for all of the People functions and driving organizational effectiveness. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Zacco - Digital Trust as an Associate HR, where they were responsible for the entire gamut of organizational effectiveness. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. as a Talent Acquisition Intern, where they completed talent acquisition and management for 120+ internal and external placements.
