Shihab Muhammed

Shihab Muhammed has a wealth of experience in the tech industry. Shihab began their career in 2006 as a MTS at Zoho Corporation. In 2010, they joined ZANEC Technologies as a System Analyst. That same year, they also became a Co-Founder and BU Head - Freshservice at Freshdesk. Shihab then went on to serve as a Director of Product Management, Product Manager, and Senior Rails Developer at Freshdesk. In 2017, they founded and became CEO of SurveySparrow.

Shihab Muhammed received their HSE from Pavandoor Higher Secondary School in 2002. Shihab then attended College of Engineering, Adoor from 2000 to 2006, where they earned a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering. From 2002 to 2006, they also attended Cochin University of Science and Technology.
