Kalyn Alloway

Kalyn Alloway is a seasoned biomedical researcher and U.S. Army veteran with over fifteen years of experience as a Veterinary Technician in diverse environments, including private practice, corporate medicine, military, and research settings. They served as an Animal Care Specialist in the Army from 2010 to 2015 before holding various veterinary technician roles, culminating in leadership positions. Since 2020, Kalyn has worked at the USDA, currently as an In Vivo Biomedical Researcher at SURVICE Engineering while supporting animal parasitic disease research. They are pursuing an Associate's degree from Vet Tech Institute and hold a Bachelor of Science in General Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
