Philip Payne is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in computer engineering and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at CSIAC since June 2021, Philip has also held the position of Senior Computer Engineer at SURVICE Engineering since January 2018. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Computer Engineer in the US Army from August 2008 to January 2018. Philip holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, earned in 2008, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, obtained in 2006.
