Eric Herman

Eric Herman currently serves as Managing Director for Marine Europe at Survitec Group Ltd. since September 2023 and is an Associated Consultant at Venturn. As the Senior Consultant and Owner of Company2.0, Eric supports organizations and individuals in achieving their best selves. Previously, Eric held various leadership roles, including Managing Director at Maltha Glass Recycling Group and Principal Consultant at The RBL Group. Eric's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Damco, where responsibilities encompassed global topline growth and commercial strategy, and at Safmarine Container Lines, focusing on enhancing sales and customer service initiatives. Eric also directed the European Polypropylene business at SABIC, overseeing P&L and driving revenue growth in multiple regions, alongside earlier positions in automotive sales in Europe and Asia-Pacific. Eric holds a Master of Science degree in Material Science & Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
