Ryan Schmidt

Ryan Schmidt has a solid work experience history in audit and risk management. Ryan is currently the Head of Internal Audit & Risk at Survitec Group Ltd. Prior to that, they worked as the ISQM(1) Quality & Risk at BDO UK LLP. Ryan also held the position of Head of Internal Audit at Spectris plc and Group Business Assurance Manager. Ryan has worked as the AVP, Risk & Audit Manager at Christie's and as the Internal Audit Manager, Americas at Dentsu Aegis Network. Ryan started their career at IMS Health as an Internal Auditor and later became an Internal Audit Manager and Revenue Analyst.

Ryan Schmidt received a BA (Hons) in Human Communication from The Manchester Metropolitan University in 2002. Ryan then went on to obtain a Masters Degree in Human Rights and Social Change from City, University of London between 2002 and 2004. In 2004, they also completed a Diploma in Law from the same institution. From 2007 to 2011, Ryan attended The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, where they earned an ACMA, CGMA in Accounting. Additionally, they obtained the ACMA certification from CIMA in 2011. In 2015, Ryan obtained the International Certification in Watchmaking Knowledge from the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie.
