Prem Aryal

Prem Aryal is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Deputy General Manager: Finance & Company Secretary at Surya Nepal Private Limited since December 2013. Previously, Prem held various managerial roles in planning, treasury, and corporate finance at Surya Nepal. Prior to this, Prem worked as Assistant Manager-Finance at ITC Limited for a brief period and gained valuable experience as a Senior Associate at Grant Thornton India, where responsibilities included managing statutory audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Prem holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bharathiar University.
