Caroline Albers is an accomplished professional in learning strategy and experience design, having founded Albers Consulting in July 2018 to provide instructional design and collaborative learning strategies for online and blended training. Additionally, Caroline serves as a Product + Learning Strategy expert for Susan David, Ph.D., and as a Learning Experience Designer at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, focusing on projects such as global onboarding and leadership development. Previous experience includes roles as a Content Strategist at Framebridge, where Caroline played a key role in significant marketing campaigns, and various positions in communications and media, including internships with Monument Academy and the Association of National Advertisers. Caroline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature with minors in Journalism and Psychology from Georgetown University and is currently pursuing an MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management.
