Brady Kazar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning from 1997 to the present. Starting at Accenture, Brady served as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant from 1997 to 2002. Following this, Brady worked as a Marketing Manager at Golfsmith International in 2003. From 2004 to 2011, Brady was a Marketing Management Consultant at Kazar Consulting, where they worked closely with high-profile clients and developed strong relationships with various organizations. Brady then transitioned to YPO, where they took on roles as a Marketing Manager and later as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager. At YPO, Brady played a significant role in implementing an analytics dashboard and coordinating website refurbishment to increase brand awareness. In 2019, Brady joined The Jackson Laboratory as a Senior Marketing Manager and was responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies that contributed to revenue growth. Presently, Brady holds the position of Director, Program Marketing at Susan G. Komen.

Brady Kazar attended Baylor University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Broadcasting. In 2019, they attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and earned a certificate in Digital Marketing Strategies, specializing in Data, Automation, AI & Analytics. Additionally, in February 2021, Brady received a certification in "Managing Yourself and Leading Others" from the Professional Development program at Harvard Division of Continuing Education.
