Enoal INIZAN has extensive experience in program management and strategic execution within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Strategy/Marketing Execution Program Director for EMEA at Mitel since 2021, Enoal previously held various positions at Polycom from 2010 to 2020, focusing on Unified Communications, video cloud, and managed service projects. Prior experience includes managing professional services at AQSACOM, where deployment of information security solutions for telecommunications and internet service providers was a key focus. Enoal's earlier career included roles at Thales, EADS, Nokia, and the Technical University of Munich, where expertise in software engineering and research related to network optimization and image processing was developed. Holding a Master of Science degree from Centrale Lille, Enoal combines technical aptitude with leadership in program execution.
