Bri Reece

Bri Reece is an accomplished employee engagement manager currently at Susan G. Komen since February 2022, specializing in talent acquisition and HR. With prior experience at Urban Strategies as an HR engagement and talent acquisition professional, Bri has developed strategic employee policies to enhance employee experiences in rapidly growing organizations. Bri previously held HR leadership roles at A. O. Smith Corporation, providing support to approximately 1,200 employees, and at Staffmark, where innovative staffing and HR strategies were implemented. Early in the career, Bri coordinated recreation programs for the City of Escondido, emphasizing community engagement. Academically, Bri Reece holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, Training and Development from East Tennessee State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in General Studies and a BS in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
