Natasha Mmeje has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of community health and outreach. Natasha currently works at Susan G. Komen as the Director of Community Health & Outreach since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Community Program Manager for the African American Health Equity Initiative at Susan G. Komen from October 2020 to February 2022. Natasha also worked at Susan G. Komen Dallas County as the Director of Mission Impact and Outreach from July 2018 to October 2020, where they developed and implemented strategies to improve breast health awareness and access in Dallas County. Before that, they were the Assistant Director of the Wellness Center at Loyola University Chicago from August 2010 to June 2017. Natasha's career started as a Health Educator at the University of Southern California from July 2006 to June 2010.

Natasha Mmeje completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Black Studies at UC Santa Barbara between 1997 and 2003. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Health Promotion and Education at the University of Southern California from 2004 to 2007.
