Polina Kovac

Polina Kovac is a Senior People Operations Partner and Program Manager at the Susan McKinnon Foundation, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Polina served as the Manager of Operations and Strategy for the Human Rights Division at VCAT from September 2018 to November 2023. From April 2006 to September 2018, Polina worked at the Australian Department of Home Affairs in various roles, including Assistant Director of the Humanitarian Program Operations Branch, Counter Operations Manager for Client Services, and Manager of the Global Feedback Unit. Polina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Systems from Monash University.
