Michael Distanisloa

Michael DiStanisloa currently serves as Deputy Director of People Operations at The Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation since March 2024. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at the Alliance for Decision Education from January 2021 to March 2024, including Deputy Director of Human Resources, Senior Manager, and Manager of Human Resources. Michael's experience also includes serving as a Talent Partner at Reliance Standard in 2020, and a range of positions at Chubb from May 2013 to January 2020, progressing from Senior Underwriting Associate to HR Generalist and HR Business Partner. Additionally, Michael worked as a Human Resources Associate at the American College of Radiology from July 2010 to January 2013. Educational background includes studies at Widener University and Community College of Philadelphia, as well as a high school diploma from Saints John Neumann and Maria Goretti Catholic High School completed in 2005.
