Jeff Loomis

Jeff Loomis is the current Director of Consulting and Services at SUSE. Jeff has held this position since April of 2017. Prior to that, they were the Consulting Practice Director - North America for Micro Focus (US), Inc. from November 2014 to April 2017. In that role, they were responsible for the health, performance, and growth of the Consulting staff, clients and practice for SUSE in North America.

Before joining Micro Focus, Mr. Loomis was the Consulting Manager - Linux & Open Source Solutions for Attachmate from May 2011 to November 2014. In that role, they were responsible for leading the Novell and SuSE solutions and services team. Prior to Attachmate, they spent 12 years at Novell in various consulting roles, including Consulting Manager - Data Center Practice from January 1999 to May 2011.

Mr. Loomis began their career as a Consultant for Accenture from January 1996 to December 1999. Prior to that, they served as a Field Artillery Specialist in the Army National Guard from September 1989 to September 1996. Jeff also worked as a Teller/Loan Officer for Southern Lakes Credit Union from January 1989 to December 1994.

Jeff Loomis has a Master of Business Communications from the University of St. Thomas and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium. Jeff also has a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

They work with Kris Luhrsen - VP North America Sales, Maxx Piette - Director of Canadian Territory, and Joe Felisky - Director of Sales Engineering for SAP, Storage, Cloud and Containers. Their manager is Melissa Di Donato, Chief Executive Officer.
