Mylene Boulon

Mylene Boulon has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Superviseur corners at Sushi Shop since May 2021. Previously, Mylene held the position of Responsable réseau adjointe-Pôle Restauration at SOFRA from March 2019 to February 2021, and worked as Animatrice réseau at NOSTRUM, HOME MEAL REPLACEMENT from December 2016 to January 2019. Mylene also has experience as General Manager at Le Pain Quotidien France from June 2014 to November 2016, and as Directrice d'exploitation at LA CRIEE from 2003 to 2013.
