Rafi Shemoun

Rafi Shemoun is an experienced manager with a strong background in the restaurant and retail sectors. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Sushi Yama since June 2020, Rafi oversees the operations of ten restaurants in the Öst region, including Nyköping, Norrköping, Linköping, and Jönköping, with responsibilities encompassing operational management, staffing, sales, budgeting, and coaching. Prior to this role, Rafi held positions such as Quality & Operations Controller and Sales Manager/Store Manager at OKQ8, where responsibilities included staff recruitment, scheduling, health and safety management, and sales oversight. Rafi's earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Sales Manager at HK bil and as a 2nd Assistant at McDonald's, complemented by relevant training in Human Resources Management and leadership.
