Peter Yen

Peter Yen's work experience includes founding and serving as the Chief Mochi Chewer at Mochiko Mochi Pizza, a unique mochi pizza shop. Peter is also the Founder and Chief Executive Roller at Sushirrito, the first sushi burrito restaurant brand. Additionally, Peter has served as a Board of Fellows member at The Culinary Institute of America and as Co-Founder and Director at Kaizen Medical Solutions, where they developed a medical device prototype. Peter has worked as a Venture Capital Intern at Longitude Capital and as a Non-Profit Board Member at San Francisco Suicide Prevention. Peter's previous roles also include being a Corporate Strategy and Business Development Associate at McKesson Corporation, a Private Equity Analyst at GESD Capital Partners, and a Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch.

Peter Yen attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a BA degree in Molecular Cell Biology and Business. From 2007 to 2009, they also attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and in 2008, they briefly attended IESE Business School.
