Erik L. Wilson

Erik L. Wilson is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Of Counsel at Susman Godfrey LLP since July 2024. Previously held Of Counsel positions at Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo from January 2023 to July 2024, and at Miller Barondess, LLP, where substantial experience in complex commercial and litigation matters was gained from March 2021 to January 2023. Prior roles include Senior Litigation Associate at Milbank LLP, practicing in various litigation areas, and serving as Chair of the Military and Veterans Affairs Committee for the New York City Bar Association. Erik's legal career began with roles in litigation at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and as a Summer Associate at Bingham McCutchen. Erik also interned with the Innocence Project and served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, leading investigations into military law violations. Academically, Erik graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science Honors from the University of San Diego.
