Kimberly Young has over 25 years of experience in recruiting and events management within the legal sector. Currently serving as the Recruiting and Events Manager at Susman Godfrey LLP since June 2005, Kimberly has a strong background in candidate recruitment, resume review, and applicant interviews. Prior experience includes roles as a Legal Recruiter at Global Search Consulting and an Account Executive at Robert Half Legal, where responsibilities involved extensive networking and candidate management. Earlier in Kimberly's career, the role of Temporary Coordinator at Donovan and Watkins focused on building client relationships and marketing candidates to law firms and corporate legal departments. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Science & Merchandising from the University of Houston.
