Tracy Aguilar

Tracy Aguilar has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various law firms. Tracy is currently the Director of Human Resources at Susman Godfrey LLP since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Thomas J. Henry Law, PLLC from February 2015 to June 2021. In this role, they managed a large employee base of 530 personnel across multiple locations and worked closely with top management to align business initiatives. Before that, Tracy was the Office Manager at Strasburger & Price, LLP from June 2006 to February 2015, where they improved infrastructure, established strategic recruiting and retention plans, and conducted market analyses. Tracy also served as the Business Manager at Holland & Knight LLP from August 1998 to February 2006, where they led the Texas office and oversaw its growth.

Tracy Aguilar is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration and Management from Wayland Baptist University, with an expected completion in 2022. Prior to this, Tracy obtained a Master of Arts degree in Management from the same university.
