Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Susquehanna Civil Inc. since June 2023, Mark has held significant roles including Senior Associate at Stantec Consulting Services Inc. and Director of Transportation Services at Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc. Mark's expertise encompasses business development, client relations, staff management, and quality assurance across various engineering disciplines. Notably, Mark has worked as a Civil Engineer Manager Transportation for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, overseeing pavement management programs and developing new preservation methods. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute, Mark's career spans over 27 years servicing clients such as PennDOT and other governmental agencies.
