Lorraine Barone

Lorraine Barone is a strategic team member of management council and leader of the Human Resources department at Susquehanna Community Bank. Lorraine previously held various human resources roles at Jersey Shore Steel Company and has extensive experience in managing benefits, policies, and employee relations. Prior to their HR roles, Lorraine worked in the hospitality industry at Marriott International, Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts, and HOTEL DU PONT. Lorraine holds an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University.
