Sinead Bortner

Sinead Bortner currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG) since November 2022. Prior to this role, Sinead held the position of AVP, Talent and Development at Chubb from April 2017 to October 2022 and worked as a Consultant at Hay Group from August 2007 to April 2017, focusing on leadership development, talent management, and project management. Sinead began their career as a Talent Management Specialist at Centocor, where responsibilities included managing Centocor University and supporting performance management cycles and various organizational development initiatives. Sinead Bortner holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Queen's University Belfast, along with a certificate in American Business Practice from Arcadia University.
