Natalie Aardoom is an experienced retail professional with a comprehensive background in buying, production, and management. Since January 2021, Natalie has held the position of Managing Director at Sussan, having previously served as General Manager. Prior to this role, significant experience was gained at Country Road Group from June 2012 to January 2021, where positions included Head of Buying and Production for Witchery Apparel, Accessories, and Childrenswear, as well as various managerial roles in buying and production. Earlier in their career, positions at Sportsgirl, Just Group, and Zimmermann contributed to Natalie's expertise in the retail industry, beginning as an Assistant Buyer at Sportsgirl. Natalie holds a degree in Business Management and Behavioral Studies from Monash University and is an alumnus of Wesley College.
