Charlotte Burton is currently working as the Women & Girls Lead/Development Officer at Sussex Cricket. Charlotte has a strong background in coaching and developing female cricket players, having served as the Sussex Women's Head Coach and Director of Sussex Women's Cricket previously. Charlotte has also worked as a Talent Scout for the England and Wales Cricket Board Limited and has a wealth of experience in organizing cricket programs and events. Charlotte is dedicated to promoting and enhancing women's and girls' cricket in Sussex.
