Lara Johnson

Lara Johnson currently serves as a Cricket Development Officer, Women's Soft Ball Cricket Lead, and Community Coach at Sussex Cricket since September 2019, and as an ECB Coach Developer for the England & Wales Cricket Board since November 2021. Additionally, Lara has been an Independent Ambassador for Tropic Skincare since June 2020. Previously, Lara managed the Sussex U12-14 Boys on a voluntary basis for the Sussex County Golf Union from September 2018 to November 2021 and held various roles at The Goodwood Group between September 2011 and March 2020, including Junior Golf Coordinator and Member Events Coordinator. Lara's career began as a Front Of House Assistant at Bognor Regis Golf Club from June 2007 to September 2011. Lara holds a foundation degree in Art, Design and Media Studies from Northbrook College (University of Brighton) and completed A Levels at Felpham Community College.
