Sam Holder

Sam Holder is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and consultancy. Currently serving as the People Director at Sussex Cricket since September 2023, Sam previously held the position of Head of HR and Human Resources Consultant at Loch Associates Group from January 2022 to August 2023, where a unique combination of employment law, HR, health and wellbeing, and mediation expertise was provided to clients. Additional roles include HR Advise Me Manager at HR ADVISE ME LIMITED, HR Consultant at GA Human Resources Ltd, and various HR consultancy positions starting from 2008. Sam spent over 14 years as a Senior HR Business Partner at Lloyds Banking Group, contributing significantly to organizational HR strategies.
