Sharon Keilthy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability, consulting, and leadership. Currently serving as Associate Director at SustainabilityWorks Ireland and co-founding Sustainable Toys Action Consulting, Sharon also co-organizes the bio!TOY Conference and contributes as a speaker and columnist for Spielwarenmesse eG. As CEO of Jiminy Eco Toys, Sharon transformed a market stall into one of Ireland’s largest independent toy retailers, emphasizing eco-friendly products. Previous roles include Interim Marketing and Sales Director at INSYLO TECHNOLOGIES and various management positions at McKinsey & Company, where Sharon managed the European Healthcare Practice. Sharon's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from founding The Asian Institute (Ireland) and co-founding the Asia Trade Forum at the Irish Exporters Association. An engineering graduate from University College Dublin with first-class honors, Sharon also holds the title of Climate Fresk Facilitator.
