Craig Quam

Craig Quam is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Sustainable Beef since April 2025, Quam previously held similar CFO positions at Lumachain and Hereford Ethanol Partners, LP, among others. A strong background in finance is supported by significant roles at Friona Industries LP, Alltite, Inc., and Koch Industries, where Quam advanced through various financial management positions.
