Holly Harwood is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Sustainable & Just Future and as a Board Member for Our Time To Act. Holly has held significant roles such as COP 28 Director at the Re-Earth Initiative and has experience as a Legal Operations and Contract Management Intern at Terrain Legal. Previous positions include Director of Civil & Human Rights at UC San Diego and Store Manager, Human Resources Director, and Operations Coordinator at Tealeaf Cafe, where Holly implemented successful growth strategies. With a focus on climate advocacy, Holly represented the Re-Earth Initiative as a Climate Delegate at the Local Conference of Youth. Educational background includes a Master's in International Affairs in progress at UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a concentration in Law & Society from UC San Diego.

We are solutions-oriented and action-focused, with the goal of equipping the next generation with the knowledge and skills they need to survive and adapt to a climate-changed world. Through campaigning, working with educators, setting up student-led programs at universities and high schools, and offering our own digital programming, we are building a larger environmental movement by pushing people from empathy into change-making.
