Stéphane Guidoin is a seasoned consultant and co-founder of Kainos Conseil, focusing on innovation, strategy, and transformation since March 2022. As co-steward of the Transition Bridge Project since June 2023, Stéphane promotes regenerative living through systemic mediation. In addition to a role as a trainer at the École nationale d'administration publique (ENAP), Stéphane enhances public sector management skills in innovation and digital transformation. As an independent member of the Innovation, Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee at the Agence de mobilité durable, Stéphane contributes to strategic decision-making. Formerly, Stéphane served as Innovation Director at InnovHQ and played a pivotal role in founding the Urban Innovation Lab within the City of Montréal, leading various innovative initiatives. An advocate for open data, Stéphane previously led open data projects at OpenNorth and managed compliance teams at the Montreal Exchange. Stéphane holds a Master's degree in Management of Technological Innovation from Polytechnique Montréal and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Icam.
