Ronald Tardiff

Ronald Tardiff serves as the Ocean Innovation Lead at the World Economic Forum since November 2021, holding various roles including Acting Lead and Specialist in Ocean Innovation, as well as Community Success Specialist for UpLink Ocean. Ronald is also the Lighthouse Lead for 1000 Ocean Startups and has been a Pillar Lead for Accelerating Ocean Innovation with Friends of Ocean Action. As a Young Ocean Leader with the Sustainable Ocean Alliance, Ronald has contributed to multiple initiatives, including developing an impact tracking system for numerous ocean projects and co-creating the Ocean Solutions Microgrant Program. Previous consulting experience includes roles at Otter Strategies and the Environmental Defense Fund. Ronald holds multiple degrees related to marine sciences and sustainability from esteemed institutions.
