Axel Scholle is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, with extensive experience spanning over two decades. As the Co-founder and Business Developer at Sustainable Power Solutions (SPS) since June 2008, and serving as CEO of SPS Engineering, Axel has been instrumental in designing and supplying customized solar energy solutions across Africa. Prior to this role, Axel worked as a Renewable Energy Consultant/Engineer at Emcon Consulting Group from September 2001 to June 2012, contributing to various projects in the electricity industry. Earlier in the career, Axel served as Managing Director at Solar Age Namibia, focusing on high-tech solar energy solutions for diverse customer categories. Axel holds an MSc in Engineering and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, further complementing a robust background in energy studies and renewable energy.
