Jason Willborn has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Most recently, they served as the President and Partner at SustainableHR PEO, starting in January 2024. Prior to that, they were the President of the same company from April 2023 to January 2024. Before joining SustainableHR PEO, Jason worked as the Regional Vice President of Sales at AirDeck, where they were responsible for forecasting sales, developing relationships with clients, and providing executive leadership. Jason also held the role of Director, Benefits Administration at Tandem HR, where they led a large team of benefit professionals and contributed to strategic planning. Earlier in their career, Jason served in various roles at The QTI Group, including Director - Benefits & HRIS, Benefits Manager, and Sr. HRIS Support Generalist. Jason also gained experience at Fred Meyer Jewelers as a DCA Certified Diamond Specialist and at AnchorBank as a Payroll & Benefits Specialist and Human Resources Specialist. Jason began their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Fred Meyer Jewelers.

Jason Willborn earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Rock County between 1997 and 1999. Jason also obtained certifications such as Certified Adult Mental Health First Aid USA from the National Council for Behavioral Health in February 2021 and a Life, Accident and Health Insurance License from the State of Wisconsin in 2019. Additionally, they acquired the HubSpot Sales Software certification from HubSpot Academy in November 2022.
