Currently serving as Head of Operations at SustainableIT.org, Juan-Roberto previously held the role of Sr. Customer Advocacy Manager at Neo4j. Prior experience includes managerial positions overseeing CIO and global customer advocacy programs at Delphix, and serving as an Account Executive at SiriusDecisions. Additionally, Juan-Roberto worked as a Customer Success Manager at the CIO Executive Council. Juan-Roberto holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Marketing from UMass Boston and has pursued studies at Boston College.
