Dana Sasarean

Dana Sasarean is a seasoned professional in the field of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) research, currently serving as the Director of ESG Sector Research for Basic Materials at Morningstar Sustainalytics since November 2020. Previously, Dana held roles as Associate Director of Mining ESG Research and Senior ESG Analyst at MSCI Inc., and Manager of Extractives & Utilities Research at Sustainalytics, where Dana was also the Mining Industry Lead. Dana's career in ESG analysis began at MSCI Inc., where a foundational role as an ESG Analyst was undertaken from January 2005 to March 2015. Dana possesses a Master's degree in Environmental Studies from York University, earned between 2002 and 2004.
