Dr. Claudiu Bolcu

Dr. Claudiu Bolcu, an accomplished professional in the field of sustainability and leadership development, has served as the Associate Director of the Incidents Team at Morningstar Sustainalytics since January 2014, where responsibilities include team coordination, performance evaluation, and quality assurance. Previously held roles include Manager and Team Lead within the Incidents Team, as well as positions in project management and analysis. Dr. Bolcu also delivers soft skills training through Leadership Land and successfully earned a PhD summa cum laude from Babes-Bolyai University. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Political Science from Lund University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and European Studies from West University of Timisoara.
